Sourdough English Muffins

Another experiment: 1/2C sourdough starter, 1C milk, 1 T honey, +/- 2C flour (used some whole wheat), 1/2t salt, 1/2t baking soda.
Fork split
Nooks and crannies
Toasted with homemade butter
